Vive la Reine - UpCycled!

A new twist on a Parisienne Farmhouse favorite!

H.R.H. Prince Charles in a recent Vogue article calls it upcylcing and is encouraging everyone to give it a try...

So, here is an old, framed, outdate canvas painting re-painted and re-designed featuring frayed muslin and Marie Antoinette.

Each one will be different and will vary in size but will be at least 16 x 20 with a wood frame.  Frayed muslin will be attached to the back, tied in a ribbon making it ready to hang.

Do you have a favorite photo you would like me to do this too?

Custom work is always available.

La Violet

16 x 20 mixed media on canvas.

The Queen in purple.

Stunning in person and perfect for the most dramatic room and a statement piece for simple/neutral décor.  The look of this painting is layered and heavily distressed.  It is more of a matte finish when compared with the low luster oil finish on my other painting.

Please allow 7 days for me to paint yours.  The painting in these photos is the original there may be slight variations on the piece you receive.  The colors will be the same.

Your painting will arrive wrapped in distressed brown paper and tied with ribbon, suitable for gift giving.

$175 plus $20 shipping.

Marie Antoinette, La Petite

Before she was La Dauphine ...

Rustic meets Glitter - a true Parisienne Farmhouse TM look.
Here is a darling old painting of Marie Antoine reproduced onto 11 x 14 stretched canvas. The colors are distressed yellow and baby pink with hints of Robin's Egg Blue, gold leaf and teeny, tiny bits of darker gold glitter for fun.
This would look darling in any room of your home but especially a little girls room or powder room.
Your piece will not have the watermark that is shown in the photographs.

If you like it but have some other colors in mind I would be happy to create an original piece for your to fit your color scheme for a small custom fee. Please feel free to email me.

I will be happy to ship to other countries but do not have that shipping info posted. Please inquire and I will get a price for your destination upon request. Serious inquiries only please.
